The cottage is an extremely popular holiday home and would continue to be that or could make a wonderful main home for someone where you would feel like you were on a permanent coastal holiday. We love the way the current owners have brought this cottage into the modern day with the new kitchen, bathroom and other fixtures and fittings.

The cottage is positioned in a prime spot for visiting Dunstanburgh castle, Embleton, Craster and Newton by the Sea, and the beautiful beaches there. The Jolly fisherman pub and Craster village is ten minutes walk to the South along the coastal path known as St Oswalds way and The Ship Inn at Newton by the Sea is a forty minute walk North along Embleton and Newton beach.

Dunstanburgh links golf course runs within 20 minutes walk of the cottage and Embleton village with its amenities is 30 minutes inland and to the North. The beautiful and unusual Howick gardens are a five minute drive away and Alnwick is a further 10 minute drive. Alnmouth station is just a 15 minute drive away.
