An added bonus to this property, is this second reception room. It could be an ideal dining room, as it’s just off the kitchen, for those evenings when you want to have more formal dining or perhaps a large family breakfast to start your morning off before heading out to explore the hidden treasures of Alnwick and the nearby coastline. For storage, there are drawers and cupboards which have shelving.  A large sash window provides a pleasant outlook over to St Paul’s Church opposite. One CH radiator.

Although perfectly acceptable, this kitchen is perhaps in need of some attention and is a good opportunity to create and design your own style of kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wooden cabinets and cupboards with an integrated electric hob, integrated double stainless steel sink, integrated gas oven and microwave, an on the counter dishwasher, an under-counter washing machine and an integrated full-height fridge and freezer adjacent at the end of the dining room. Modern timber board flooring and one CH radiator. Access to the rear of the property.
