What Propology love about Courtyard and Earsdon:
We love the peaceful, village location and the country style this barn conversion offers. The high standard of renovation that makes country and contemporary work so harmoniously together. Not only does this property have the wow factor but it is quite rare to find a traditional barn converted to such a high standard in a lovely village location. We also love the windows in the main living areas as they invite the natural environment to flow into the house. All in all we think this is a lovely home to gather family and friends.
Earsdon is a very pretty historical village in the borough of North Tyneside and is approximately 2 miles from Whitley Bay where you will find a gorgeous stretch of sandy beaches. From Whitley Bay you also have great transport links via the Tyne and Wear Metro line. There are also very highly regarded schools in Whitley Bay. The town is one of the few remaining in the UK that operates on a three-tier system, with first, middle and high schools. Earsdon Village feels like the perfect escape from city life, yet you’re in very close proximity to all amenities that you need.
