Wish we’d used them earlier!
Having tried other ‘bigger’ agents we called into the Propology office and were immediately struck by their friendliness, warmth and professionalism.
It’s often said on web forums etc that you should ‘make sure you have the right agent‘ – but how do you know until you’ve tried one ? It took us a while to realise that we were just another seller as far as our ‘bigger’ agent was concerned. We did all the viewings, asked all the questions and entertained all the time wasters.
Step in Propology and our entire experience changed dramatically. Suddenly we had an agent totally focussed on ‘our‘ sale. An agent who actually got into a conversation with potential purchasers, an agent who escorted the property viewings and an agent who was constantly in communication with us throughout the sale process.
In a nutshell a completely different experience and one which we wished we’d had from the outset.
Don’t rely on your agent to get you viewings through the internet portals, look to an agent who will actually do something for their fees. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
