The cool, calm and professional attitude of the team at Propology meant that our sale was eventually secured and completed at the end of October. We were selling my late father’s house so were not under pressure of a chain, nevertheless the protracted nature of the sale process that had begun before the effects of the coronavirus pandemic necessitated radical rethinks along the way to reflect viewers’ feedback. This involved a significant conversion to the property which also coincided with the onset of the lockdown measures. Enormous tribute to Propology for perservering throughout this turbulent time.
