As first-time buyers, we were inevitably nervous and clueless about getting in to property. We had been searching for many months to no avail, and dealt with several Estate Agents and companies along the way.

We then finally found our soon-to-be first home, which was on the market with Propology. From the get-go Cherylle was fantastic. Cherylle was extremely efficient at replying to the many questions we had, even during out-of-office hours. She is professional yet friendly and approachable – everything we could have wanted as first time buyers. Despite buying in a global pandemic, Cherylle was constantly in touch with us letting us know any updates and reassuring us, as it was very touch and go with the property market being so uncertain at the time. During the pandemic we were introduced to Bryony, who again was extremely helpful and answered any questions that we had. We really couldn’t have asked for a better Estate Agent to deal with our purchase of our first property. Despite COVID19, they ensured everything ran as smoothly as they possibly could, and took our worries away by being so approachable by both email and phone, and their willingness to help as much as they could. They really did go above and beyond to help us on our journey.

It was a total breath of fresh air dealing with Propology, Cherylle and Bryony, and I will be certain to recommend them in the future. Thank you both for all your help
